A Heart for Serving Others
Anna’s passion for connecting with others through music began long before college. As a child, she faced a rare tumor and spent time at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where she experienced firsthand the comfort and healing power of music during difficult moments.
In high school, Anna founded Gaithersburg High School’s Best Buddies Club, creating opportunities for students with developmental disabilities to build friendships, foster inclusion, and participate in meaningful activities together.
Those experiences inspired Anna to pursue a degree in Music Therapy at Duquesne University’s Mary Pappert School of Music. There, she developed a deeper understanding of how music can support emotional well-being, stimulate memory, encourage communication, and enhance quality of life. Today, she combines that knowledge with a genuine passion for building meaningful connections through music, creating engaging and uplifting experiences for audiences of all ages—especially older adults.
National Recognition, Local Heart
Anna has been performing throughout the Washington, D.C. region since childhood at festivals, wineries, community events, and private venues. She recently gained national attention following her memorable audition on America’s Got Talent, where an unexpected surprise from her mother led to an emotional performance that showcased both her remarkable voice and authentic personality.
While national recognition has expanded her audience, Anna remains committed to bringing meaningful live music to her local community.
